Why, what and how of UX design.
A UX designer will have to consider the WHY, WHAT, & HOW in order to tailor the journey. The WHY has to be answered to understand the client’s thinking, and what motivates them to purchase the product, including the emotions they might feel if they have the product, the WHAT focuses on the functionality of the product, and how the user can benefit from it’s features, finally the HOW concentrates on the actual product and the journey we must build in order to satisfy the previous two WHY & WHAT.
